Total security

• Use Kryptofile Ultimate to encrypt PC files which contain private and confidential information.
• All data is encrypted using AES (Rijndael).  This is the latest certified strong encryption cipher certified to protect government data up to Top Secret classification.
• Each installation includes a unique private 256 bit AES Kryptofile Security Key.  A 256 bit key provides maximum data protection.

No password or PIN to remember

• Save the provided Kryptofile Security Key to a USB memory stick.
• Attach USB key to your PC to enable Kryptofile encryption and decryption.
• Keep your USB key safe.  The protected files cannot be read without this key.

Shared database

• All protected data is saved in a central database on a Kryptofile Web Server.
• Central database is shared by all users.
• Kryptofile Web Server can be accessed across LAN, WAN or Internet.

Web installer

• Kryptofile Ultimate provides a Windows smart client which can be activated using a web browser.
• There is no need to install a client on user's PC.  This minimises administration.

Kryptofile browser

• Use Kryptofile browser to store and find protected data and records. Kryptofile Personal, Enterprise and Ultimate use the same Kryptofile Browser.
• Create folders to organise protected data and files
• Each Kryptofile record has a unique ID.
• Use ID to find and open records.

Kryptofile Editor

• Use Kryptofile Editor to store raw data in Kryptofile. Kryptofile Personal, Enterprise and Ultimate use the same Kryptofile Editor.
• Attach protected files to Kryptofile records.
• Storing data using the Kryptofile Editor provides maximum security as this data will not leave a footprint on the Windows file system when being created, edited or viewed.

Template Editor

• Use Template Editor to design your own Kryptofile Editor forms.
• Add your own fields.
• Create dedicated templates to store different types of data.
• Can be modified at any time by adding/removing or re-ordering fields.
• Download and use free Kryptofile templates.

Enhanced Editor

• Generated automatically by Kryptofile for each record template.
