Try before you buy

You can download and try Kryptofile before you buy. The download package includes two separate parts:

1. The Kryptofile installer.  This is a file called Setup.exe
2. The Kryptofile evaluation security key.  This is a file called EvaluationKey.aes.

Please make sure that you keep the original copy of any file that you protect using the evaluation key.  If you delete the original files and decide to purchase Kryptofile then you will no be able to read the protected files using your purchased Kryptofile security key.

Pay for your order

By credit or debit card

Purchase Kryptofile from our on-line store.  If you order from our on-line store then you can make a payment using your credit or debit card and this payment can be made using your local currency.

By cheque or postal order

Complete an order form and post this with the payment.  The payment must be made to "Configuration Management Services Limited" and must be in Pounds Sterling.

By direct bank transfer

Complete an order form and e-mail this to sales.  We will acknowledge your order and send you our bank details to enable you to pay for your purchase.

Payments by direct bank transfer must be made in Pounds Sterling.

Order dispatch

Once the payment is cleared we will send, by e-mail, a Kryptofile security key which you should copy to a USB memory stick.  You should download the software if you have not already done so.

Installation media

For an additional fee of £20.00 you can order the physical installation media.  The installation media includes:

1. Installation CD.
2. Kryptofile USB security key.  This is USB memory stick with a pre-installed Kryptofile security key.

The fixed fee includes postage and packaging.

Orders and payments for the installation media cannot be made using our on-line store.  Please order the media using the order form. Installation media is dispatched within 2 weeks. 

Returns and Refunds

We do not accept returns and do not provide refunds once the Kryptofile security key has been dispatched.  If you change your mind before we dispatch the order then we will provide a full refund. Therefore please try Kryptofile before making an order.
