Process Design
We have over 15 years experience implementing processes that are
compliant with one or more of the following:

- PRINCE II

- CMM
We use formal process design techniques. These including process drafting using flowcharts and
entity relationship diagrams.
Once the processes are defined we can document and publish these
using any of of the following:
- Traditional paper and PDF process manuals.
- Online manuals using web-help format.
- Microsoft html help format.
